Real Estate Video Tour: Get More Listings And Go Under Contract Faster

www.virtuallyincredible.com Real Estate Video Tour The future of real estate marketing is video. In fact, in a recent survey, 72% of homeowners said they would list with an agent that used videos instead of one who did not, yet only 2% of real estate agents use videos in their marketing! When you shoot your own real estate video tours, and upload them on YouTube, you can link to the videos on Craigslist, embed the videos on Facebook and play the videos on your real estate website. Watch as your search engine ranking goes up rapidly because of your videos! Why? Videos keep people on your site longer, and Google is rating sites that are rich with multimedia content far higher than those without. My website is ranked first organically for the following keyword phrase in my market area. Check it and see for yourself by searching ‘west palm beach property management’ in Google, and you will find my website Home Property Management ranks first. If the price of gas is getting you down, you can cut your showings in HALF with video tours. How? Just make sure your prospects have watched your video walkthrough tour before you make an appointment to show them your listing. You’ll find like we do that we close our deals in half the number of showings this way, saving gas, time and protecting the environment. One thing you should know is these are NOT “real estate virtual tours”! They’re far better than that! A virtual tour is nothing more than a series of photos stitched together with

Forex Trading – Keep Your Emotions Under Control.

Posted on 22 May 2011 by admin

Get A Free $50k Forex Trading Account. A lot of people who start to trade the currency markets for the first time will soon discover that forex trading can be a very emotional business. You will experience a range of different emotions at different times, and if you’re not careful this can start to have a negative impact on your trading. Let me demonstrate this point by giving you three different scenarios. First of all there is the amazing feeling you get when you close a really profitable position. This elation is magnified when you have a few winning trades in a row and are really starting to make some decent money. Now the trouble you have here is that this happiness can lead to overconfidence and a feeling of invincibility, and you can very easily find yourself upping the stakes and trying to make even more money. Sadly this will often end in disaster and you may find yourself back where you started.

Another common feeling you will experience at some point is that losing feeling when you have to take a loss. Again this feeling is magnified when you have a few successive losing trades. This can also have a devastating impact on your trading because this horrible emotion will often lead to you taking greater risks and possibly upping your stakes in order to recoup your losses. Finally another emotion that you will inevitably experience at some point is boredom. There will always be times when you stare at your price charts for hours on end, but cannot see any decent trading opportunities.

In these instances you have to be careful because this feeling of being bored can often lead to you taking silly trades that are based on nothing more than gut instinct. I’ve been there myself so I know this to be true. The best thing to do is to switch off your computer when this happens. So the point I want to get across is that you have to be careful not to let your emotions get the better of you. If you are using a proven trading system, then you should stick to this system at all times, and not start upping the stakes if it has a few winning (or losing) trades in a row. You have to remember that the most successful forex traders are also the most disciplined as well. A lack of discipline will nearly always result in losses in the long run, which is why you need to be in control of your emotions.

Get Your Compensation Filed Under Zadroga Law

If you are a resident of United States then you can never forget 9/11 terrorist attack when World Trade Centre and Pentagon was being destroyed. The first personnel of police department who comes for rescue was James Zadroga and he died due to bad respiratory system at the site so, in memory of his name Zadroga law was being made on 2nd Jan 2011. It was previously an act known as 9/11 Health and Compensation Act of 2010 which was passed by the United States House of Representatives and United States Senate. On 2nd Jan 2011 it became a law under which all the victims are supposed to file compensation. A lawyer can make you understand all the rules and regulations involved in the act and an appropriate way to file compensation under Zadroga law. In order to pay compensation to the victims a Victim Compensation Fund was formed in 2011 but there are certain terms and conditions for getting the amount.

When you are filing compensation under Zadroga law then you should make sure that you are getting any compensatory amount through any insurance agency. If you are getting any amount from these agencies then that amount is supposed to be deducted from the total amount available under Victim Compensation Fund for the victims of 9/11. The attack on World Trade Centre and Pentagon is supposed to be the worst day for United States and as it has caused physical as well as financial loss to the state. There are various people who got injured during this incident and some people suffer from serious diseases like cancer due to the presence of toxic elements in the debris of building. Leaving aside the dead people there are people who came forward for participating in rescue operations and they became the victim of serious illness. For those people Zadroga law was made in order to compensate them financially.

Victims of 9/11 act can file a lawsuit in the court under Zadroga law with the help of an efficient lawyer so it must be your preference to look out for the appropriate one who can understand the complexities of case. There are people suffering from bad health conditions due to the toxic elements produced by the bomb blast in the whole surroundings. Generally people are going through various problems in their respiratory system especially the people who were involved in rescue operations and cleaning operations of ground zero. It is a fact that it was done to harm the nation financially as well as mentally. Victims of this act are liable to file compensation under Zadroga law so that they can get desired treatment from doctors and can cover up their financial loss. As you all know that this law has been passed recently so, lawyers would take some time to become familiar with all terms and conditions.

At last, a conclusion can be drawn from the above information that Zadroga law was being passed for the benefit of victims suffered in 9/11 act.

How to set up a website in under 10 minutes

I want to get rid of the myth that setting up a website is difficult and expensive. In fact, today I’m going to show you how to set one up right now in about 10 minutes and for about $10 & $4/month. I decided to make this video after hearing over and over from my marketing friends how challenging setting up and managing websites can be, but over the years I’ve discovered a few shortcuts along the way and I’ll share them with you now. Looking over my shoulder is my brother Veron of verongraham.com and exploretruth.com. He’ll tell you he’s extremely non-technical, but using this lesson as a guide, he actually went on to set up about a dozen more by himself without me. Here are the steps: 1. Register a domain name 2. Hook it up to a hosting account 3. Set it up with a wordpress blog Once you follow these steps, you’ll have a fully functional website with WordPress attached as your website’s content management system. If you don’t know about WordPress, WordPress is a powerful blogging system to help you manage your blog yourself. I’ll be recording some WordPress tutorials soon. Let me know what you think?

Under The Microscope Foreclosure Process Banks And Mers Madness

Posted on 29 March 2011 by admin

MERS Madness!! What is the MER’s system? It is the Mortgage Electronic Registration or MERS, system who is listed as the mortgagee for 60 percent of all US mortgages. Simply put it is a electronic clearinghouse created by industry to bypass the property registration system developed in pre colonial days to ensure that the King could not easily rob the subjects. Wall street turned to the MERS system to speed securitizations and now they have used it to speed up foreclosures. Questions is the how honest is the system we have in place, how shoddy is the process of documents could have major ramifications. In addition to outright fraud, numerous state Supreme Courts are looking to point a finger somewhere. Are we looking for a rotten MERS fix in the new Congress? Let’s hope it gives consumer advocates some leverage to demand justice for some Americans being robbed by the new Kings.

Stress Test for Banks Once again the Federal Reserve is planning to stress test the big banks again. Yes, it will be the same 19 banks that underwent the first stress tests in 2009. However, this time around the Fed’s will not release the results. More secrets are all we can guess. How big will the government let these banks get? Banks with toxic mortgages (Bank of America) and who have mortgage-backed securities on their books are and legal exposure to put back law suits are being kept afloat by accounting tricks, TARP and Fed loans. How much more can the American tax payer take?

Who is going bust now? A research analyst, Meredith Whitney who predicted the credit crunch, is now saying that close to 100 American cities could go bust next year. She anticipates billion worth of municipal bond defaults and warns: next to housing this is the single most important issue in the U.S. and certainly the biggest threat to the U.S. economy. States are also in dire straits. California has already been on the news about nearing bankruptcy and faced energy blackouts and restrictions. Unemployment is slowly declining, but on top of years of population decline and deindustrialization in our country, has left many cities in dire straits.

US foreclosures under scrutiny

The number of homes being repossessed in the United States fell nationwide this past month, and could fall even further. But hundreds of thousands of Americans are on the brink of losing their homes, amid accusations that banks have been wrongly handling foreclosures. The foreclosure crisis began with the recession of 2008, when the US housing bubble burst. Lenders were faced with millions of defaults at once, and lacked the manpower to process all the paperwork. This contributed to what has become known as “robo-signing”, bank staff signing off on repossessions, without properly checking all the documents. Now there is an ongoing legal investigation into foreclosure practices in all fifty states. And several major financial institutions have temporarily halted thousands of foreclosure proceedings while this is going on. Al Jazeera’s Scott Heidler traveled to the frontlines of the foreclosure crisis, to the city of Portland, Maine, where the allegations first emerged.
